- Customization process:
- Upload your favourite photo of your pet
- Choose a frame and a portrait background color. If you don't see a color you like in the given options, you may input and describe a color to us.
- We will start painting according to the provided pictures.
- You'll receive an email with pictures of the finished portrait, and you may raise any adjustment you would like us to make by simply replying to the email. To ensure it is delivered on time, the finished portrait shall be considered approved by you and shipped if no reply was received within 24 hours.

Refund Policy
Customized products are not subject to refund nor exchange.

Please contact us and we are happy to evaluate the issue and make it right. We are happy to offer refunds if the product is damaged at reception within 14 days of the date of receiving the order. When a refund is successfully issued, you will be refunded on your original payment method. You won't need to send us back the items. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected on your bank account. Please contact your bank or credit card company first if you find your refunds are delayed.
