This website is operated by TaconTues. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to TaconTues. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 β OUR PRODUCTS
TaconTues creates custom hand-painted pet figurines, full body figurines, and portrait necklaces. All products are made to order based on photos provided by the customer.
Because every piece is custom-made, we ask customers to:
Upload clear, front-facing photos of their pet with no filters and accurate colors. Provide a contact email, WhatsApp, or Instagram handle so we can reach out to confirm details before production begins.
For full body figurines and portrait necklaces, our team will contact you within 24 hours of your order to confirm your pet's photos, preferred pose, and expression before we begin.
SECTION 2 β APPROVAL BEFORE SHIPPING
Before any order ships, we photograph the finished piece and send you the photos for approval. We do not ship until you are satisfied with the painting. If you are not happy with the result, we will make corrections at no additional charge.
Please note: corrections apply to the hand-painted details (fur markings, colors, expressions). Structural or base changes are not possible once production has begun.
SECTION 3 β DELIVERY
We offer free shipping on all orders. We ship to the following countries:

All orders are delivered within 10β15 business days, including production and shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to customs delays. We appreciate your patience.
SECTION 4 β REFUND POLICY
As all products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the following cases:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please record an unboxing video before opening the package and contact us at tacontues@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will remake the item at no charge. You are not required to return the damaged item.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you experience delays, please contact your bank or card provider first.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this refund policy.
SECTION 5 β ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at tacontues@gmail.com. Orders can only be cancelled or modified before production has begun. Once production starts, we are unable to cancel or make structural changes to the order.
Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
SECTION 6 β PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. Product colors may appear slightly different on different screens.

By using our site, you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, transmit harmful code, infringe on intellectual property rights, submit false information, or interfere with the operation of the site.
