1. What's the shipping situation like? How long does it take to receive my order?

We offer free shipping for all orders. The list of countries we ship to:

  • The United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • The United Kingdom

Since all products are customized and made-to-order, the shipping time will be a bit longer than other generic products. Generally, it takes between 5 and 20 business days for orders to be processed and shipped for all regions. For certain customized products, please refer to the product description within the product page for the specific product. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number through email to monitor its progress.

Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be longer than expected. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. What are my payment options?

When shopping at Taco&Tues, we offer a variety of convenient payment options to ensure a seamless and secure checkout process. We understand the importance of providing our customers with flexibility and peace of mind when it comes to making their purchases. Read on to learn more about the payment options available to you:

Credit and Debit Cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay. Simply enter your credit/debit card details during checkout, and complete your purchase by clicking "Pay now". Rest assured that your payment information is encrypted and protected.

 

PayPal

You may also choose to pay with your PayPal account. By selecting the PayPal option at checkout, you will be re-directed to the PayPal payment page where you can securely complete your purchase using your PayPal account. You may also choose to pay without a PayPal account via PayPal guest checkout - simply click "Pay with Credit/Debit Card" at the PayPal payment page, which will allow you to enter your credit/debit card information and complete your purchase via PayPal.

Apple Pay

If you're an Apple user, you can take advantage of the convenience of Apple Pay. Simply select the Apple Pay option at checkout, and use your stored payment information to quickly and securely complete your purchase. Please make sure that you are using an Apple device with an active Apple Pay account logged in if you wish to pay with Apple Pay. The option for Apple Pay may not be visible during checkout if the account is not active on the device.

Google Pay

For Android users, we also offer the option to pay with Google Pay. By selecting this option at checkout, you can use your saved payment information from your Google account to make a seamless and secure payment.

Shop Pay

As part of our commitment to providing a seamless shopping experience, we also offer Shop Pay. This payment option allows you to securely save your payment information for future purchases, making checkout faster and more convenient.

3. What is your refund policy?

Please understand that customized items are not subject to refunds nor exchanges. We only offer refunds for non-customized items and do not offer exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if the product has manufacturing issues, you may request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. You do not need to send the items back to us.

Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your bank account. If you experience any delays, please contact your bank or credit card company for assistance.

4. Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders for customized items can only be cancelled when the production of the item has not begun upon request. Please understand that the order cannot be canceled once the production of the customized item has started. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
