Delivery Time:
All orders are delivered within 10–15 business days. This includes production time (your figurine is hand-painted to order) and shipping.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.
Please note that during peak seasons or due to customs delays, delivery may occasionally take longer. We appreciate your patience.
Our Approval Process:
Before anything leaves our studio, we photograph your finished figurine and send you the photos for approval. We don't ship until you're happy with it. This is part of every order — no extra steps needed on your end.
Damaged on Arrival:
If your order arrives damaged, please take an unboxing video before opening and contact us at tacontues@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll remake it for you at no charge.
