Refund Policy
We only offer refund but not exchange of items. Customized products are not subject to refund nor exchange.
We are happy to offer refunds if you are unsatisfied and the product may be subject to manufacturing issues within 15 days of the date of receiving the order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged at reception or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us and we are happy to evaluate the issue and make it right. Please understand that an item is not subject to refund if the size does not fit. When a refund is successfully issued, you will be refunded on your original payment method. You won't need to send us back the items.
