- Choose a figurine model that best resonates with you and your pet
- To ensure the best results, please upload clear & full-body pictures of different angles (including back, front, sides) that show their special markings & place an order. You may also choose to send us pictures via email: tacontues@gmail.com
- We will start painting according to the provided pictures.
- You'll receive an email with pictures of the finished figurine made just for you, and you may raise any adjustment you would like us to make by simply replying to the email. To ensure it is delivered on time, the finished product shall be considered approved by you and shipped if no reply was received within 24 hours.

Refund Policy
We only offer refund but not exchange of items. Customized products are not subject to refund nor exchange.
We are happy to offer refunds if you are unsatisfied and the product may be subject to manufacturing issues within 15 days of the date of receiving the order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged at reception or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us and we are happy to evaluate the issue and make it right. Please understand that an item is not subject to refund if the size does not fit. When a refund is successfully issued, you will be refunded on your original payment method. You won't need to send us back the items. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected on your bank account. Please contact your bank or credit card company first if you find your refunds are delayed.
