This custom pet necklace is made from your pet’s real photos. After you place your order, we create a 3D model based on your pet’s facial features, then print and hand-paint the pendant to match their fur color, markings, eyes, nose, and expression.
Unlike flat photo jewelry, this is a miniature 3D portrait pendant with depth, texture, and personality. It is perfect for pet lovers, memorial gifts, birthdays, holidays, or anyone who wants a small daily reminder of their beloved cat or dog.
Each piece is individually made, so no two necklaces are exactly the same.

Once your head figure is painted, we’ll email you photos for approval before shipping. You’re welcome to request adjustments to the colors and patterns at that stage. If we don’t hear back from you within 48 hours, we’ll go ahead and ship your order. Thank you!

Refund Policy
Customized products are not subject to refund nor exchange.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged at reception or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us and we are happy to evaluate the issue and make it right. We are happy to offer refunds if the product is damaged at reception within 14 days of the date of receiving the order. When a refund is successfully issued, you will be refunded on your original payment method. You won't need to send us back the items. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected on your bank account. Please contact your bank or credit card company first if you find your refunds are delayed.
