✨ How It Works:

1. Place your order and leave your email, WhatsApp, or Instagram handle — we'll reach out within 24 hours to confirm your pet's photo and preferred expression before we begin. 2. Our sculptors build a custom 3D model of your pet from scratch. Our painters then hand-paint every detail — fur, markings, color — based on your photos and your chosen pose.

3. Before anything ships, we send you photos of the finished figurine for your approval. We don't ship until you love it. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

📸 Photo Tips:

Please prepare clear photos of your pet from multiple angles — front, left, right, back, and top if possible. No filters, and accurate colors make a big difference. If you have a specific pose in mind, you can show us in one of your photos — if not, our artists will choose the most flattering pose based on their experience.
