    • Once your head figure is painted, we’ll email you photos for approval before shipping. You’re welcome to request adjustments to the colors and patterns at that stage. If we don’t hear back from you within 48 hours, we’ll go ahead and ship your order. Thank you!

    Customized products are not subject to refund nor exchange.
