Refund & Exchange Policy
Customized products are not subject to refund nor exchange.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged at reception or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us and we are happy to evaluate the issue and make it right. We are happy to offer refunds if the product is damaged at reception within 14 days of the date of receiving the order. When a refund is successfully issued, you will be refunded on your original payment method. You won't need to send us back the items. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected on your bank account. Please contact your bank or credit card company first if you find your refunds are delayed.
