Refund Policy
At Taco&Tues, every product is custom-made with care, just for you and your pet. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Products — All Sales Are Final
All of our products are made-to-order and personalized based on the photos and details you provide. Because each piece is uniquely crafted for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.
Production & Approval Process
We craft your custom piece first, then send you a preview image of the finished product for your review and approval before we ship.
- Once you approve the preview, we will proceed with shipping.
- If you do not respond within 3 business days, we will proceed with shipping based on the original order details.
Please review all details carefully before approving, including likeness, colors, and design.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will remake your item at no additional cost.
To be eligible for a free remake, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide a complete unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened through the full reveal of the damaged item. Partial videos or photos alone will not be accepted.
- Email us at info@tacontues.com with your order number and the unboxing video attached.
Once we verify the damage, we will begin remaking your item immediately. You do not need to return the original.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not eligible for a remake or refund:
- Dissatisfaction with likeness after the preview has been approved
- Color variations due to screen display differences
- Damage caused after delivery
- Orders where no unboxing video is provided
