Taco&Tues sells custom hand-painted pet figurines, full body figurines, and portrait necklaces. All products are made to order based on photos and details provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal — Exemption for Personalised Goods

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. As all products sold by Taco&Tues are custom-made based on the individual customer's photos and instructions, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Directive.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order is for a personalised product and that the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at tacontues@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide a complete unboxing video. We will remake the item at no additional charge.
